Private Health Insurance Claims for TENS Machines
If you have private health insurance cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on all TENS Machines purchased from us. It is recommended to check with your insurance provider what you are entitled to, depending on level of cover. If you plan on lodging a claim, please leave a note at checkout notifying us so we can create a manual tax invoice that is suitable for insurance claims. If no note is left, an automatically generated invoice will be sent (for warranty & reference). This will not be accepted by your insurance.

In Australia, individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions can benefit from the use of TENS machines, which are designed to provide non-invasive pain relief. While TENS machines are not typically covered by health insurance plans, there are health claims rebates available to eligible individuals. These rebates can be obtained through private health insurance or Medicare, depending on the specific circumstances of the individual. To access these rebates, individuals must have a referral from a healthcare professional and meet certain eligibility criteria. By taking advantage of these health claims rebates, individuals can reduce the out-of-pocket costs associated with purchasing and using a TENS machine, making it a more accessible option for those in need of pain relief.
BUPA:
You must ensure that the health aid provider or online store is a Bupa recognised provider in order to receive your benefit reimbursement.
